B2B sourcing FAQ

Commercial details buyers should confirm before ordering.

These answers explain the decision process without turning variable commercial terms into fixed website promises. The applicable model, price, MOQ, schedule, warranty, payment, and trade scope are confirmed in writing.

Pre-order questions

General guidance, followed by a model-specific offer.

These answers turn recurring buyer questions into a clearer preparation path. Exact pricing, performance, compliance, warranty, and delivery terms remain tied to the selected model and written offer.

Product selection

Capacity, cooling, operating conditions, and components

What is the difference between gross and net capacity?+

Gross capacity is the total cabinet volume measured under the stated method; net or usable capacity accounts for components and the practical storage space. Compare values measured on the same basis and request internal dimensions or shelf layout when usable loading space matters.

Should I choose air cooling or direct cooling?+

Air-cooled cabinets circulate cold air and can support temperature recovery in frequently accessed retail applications. Direct-cooling platforms may offer a simpler construction for suitable storage uses. The right choice depends on product load, door-opening frequency, ambient conditions, defrost needs, and the selected model.

Can the cabinet operate in a hot or humid market?+

Ambient temperature, humidity, ventilation clearance, door-opening frequency, and product loading all affect performance. Share the intended operating conditions so the climate class, condenser arrangement, heated or anti-fog glass options, and temperature requirement can be checked for the selected model.

How should I compare energy-consumption figures?+

Ask for the test standard, ambient temperature, humidity, loading condition, set point, door-opening pattern, and units used with any kWh/24 h figure. Energy values without matching test conditions should not be treated as a direct comparison.

Can WeWell confirm the compressor model and power?+

Yes, for an approved order configuration. Compressor brand or model, input power, and other component references can vary by model, market, and supply plan, so they are confirmed in the technical specification rather than promised across the full range.

Which refrigerants does WeWell use?+

The refrigerant is selected by model, application, and destination-market requirement. The exact type and charge are stated in the approved technical specification and rating label. Where required, supporting shipping or safety documentation is reviewed for the selected configuration.

Commercial & logistics

Quotation, trial orders, production, and delivery scope

What information is needed for an accurate quotation?+

Send the destination country, application, preferred category or model, estimated quantity, voltage and frequency, required certification, branding scope, delivery location, target date, and preferred trade term. Unknown items can be marked open for review.

What is WeWell's MOQ?+

MOQ depends on the selected model, customization scope, and production plan. Send the estimated quantity with the destination market and WeWell will state the applicable MOQ in the quotation.

Can I start with a sample or trial order?+

A sample or trial route can be reviewed for the selected model. Unit availability, sample configuration, packing, freight, payment, and timing are confirmed in the offer because single-unit international delivery can differ significantly from a volume order.

How long do sampling, production, and shipping take?+

Sampling and production depend on platform availability, artwork approval, component configuration, tooling, quantity, and the confirmed production plan. Transit time is separate and depends on the route and trade scope. The quotation or order confirmation should state both timelines.

Which Incoterms and shipping options are available?+

FOB, CIF, DDP, or another delivery scope may be reviewed depending on the destination and order. The quotation states the applicable Incoterm, named place or port, packing basis, included documents, and exclusions; no delivery term should be assumed from a general web page.

How are CBM and container loading calculated?+

Packed dimensions, gross weight, carton count, model mix, orientation, and any loading restrictions are used to estimate volume and container utilization. Final loading quantity is confirmed against the approved packing data rather than cabinet dimensions alone.

What payment terms does WeWell accept?+

Payment terms are agreed for the order and stated in the proforma invoice or sales contract. The payment account, amount, currency, and order reference should be checked against the issued document before payment.

OEM & compliance

Branding, electrical configuration, approval, and inspection

Which voltages, frequencies, and plugs can WeWell supply?+

Electrical configuration is confirmed for the selected model and destination market. Include the required voltage, frequency, and plug in the inquiry so component availability and the correct rating information can be checked before quotation.

Can WeWell add my logo and private-label packaging?+

OEM scope can include cabinet color, logo and graphics, illuminated header, rating label, manual, carton, and shipping marks. Artwork position, color, dimensions, file revision, and approval owner should be recorded before production.

Does one certificate cover every model?+

Not necessarily. Certification can be limited to a model family, electrical configuration, component set, or report scope. WeWell checks the exact selected model before a certificate or compliance claim is included in the quotation or customer sales material.

Can I arrange a factory or pre-shipment inspection?+

Inspection arrangements can be discussed for qualified projects, including customer, third-party, or remote review where practical. The inspection scope, timing, acceptance points, photos or video, and release responsibility should be agreed before production completion.

After-sales & shipment visibility

Warranty, spare parts, and order updates

What warranty does WeWell offer?+

Warranty scope and period depend on the product, destination market, and agreed service arrangement. The applicable whole-unit, compressor, parts, labor, claim-evidence, and exclusion terms are stated in the quotation or sales contract.

Can WeWell provide spare parts?+

A recommended spare-parts list can be reviewed for the selected models and order scope. Parts, quantities, compatibility references, packing, and commercial terms are confirmed with the quotation.

What information should a shipment update include?+

A useful update identifies the completed milestone, relevant date, available transport reference, current status, expected next step, and any action required from the buyer. Ocean, customs, and local-delivery milestones are reported separately when the information becomes available.
