OEM / ODM commercial refrigeration
A private-label program is not only a logo change. Product appearance, electrical configuration, labels, manuals, packaging, and approval records must stay aligned from the first sample to repeat production.

Start with a beverage cooler model comparison, then use the OEM approval checklist and brief template to align artwork, electrical requirements and packaging. See the Southern African private-label cooler case for an example of brand presentation and export preparation.

A controlled workflow
Every program is documented model by model so key choices can be reviewed before production and repeated consistently.
Approval control
The base model and technical configuration are approved before artwork is finalized. Cabinet, rating label, manual, and carton files use a controlled revision so later orders can reference the same record.
The approval route is selected according to the customization scope. Requested changes are reviewed as a new revision.
Repeat orders reference the approved file set so technical and visible information remain aligned.
OEM commercial terms
MOQ depends on the base model, customization scope, and production plan. Send the estimated quantity with the brand brief and WeWell will state the applicable MOQ in the quotation.
Timing begins after the specification, artwork, tooling requirement, and commercial terms are confirmed. The applicable schedule is stated in the issued quotation or project plan.
